PUBLIC NOTICE
City of Moody Economic Development Corporation
Notice is hereby given that the Moody Economic Development Corporation will meet in a called session on June 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Moody Chamber of Commerce, located at 516 Avenue E, Moody, Texas 76557, at which time the following agenda items will be considered and upon which action may be taken. The Moody Economic Development Corporation reserves the right to enter into closed session in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code regarding any item on this agenda.
Citizen Participation
This is an opportunity for the public to address the Moody EDC. Public comments are limited to three (3) minutes per speaker unless the speaker requires the assistance of an interpreter, in which case the speaker is limited to six (6) minutes, in accordance with applicable law. Speakers are not permitted to donate their time to another speaker.
To address the Board of Directors, each speaker who is present at the site must sign in as a requested speaker prior to the start of the meeting. Each speaker shall approach the designated speaker location and state his or her name and city of residence before speaking.
Speakers shall address the Board of Directors with civility conducive to public discussion. Speakers may address only the Board of Directors. Members of the public may not speak from the audience and may speak only from the designated speaker location.

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the agenda above for the Moody Economic Development Corporation is a true and correct copy and that I posted a true and correct copy of said notice on the front of City Hall, 606 Avenue E, Moody, Texas 76557, and on the front of the Moody Economic Development Building, 516 Avenue E, Moody, Texas 76557, in places readily accessible to the public at all times.
These notices were posted on June 19, 2026, by 10:00 a.m. and will remain posted continuously for at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled time of said meeting in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. This agenda is subject to change up to 72 hours prior to the meeting.
